Same is happening in Holland in terms of weather now, and although it does not snow any more, there indeed is a possibility that the white stuff will hold on until Christmas, something which I have never witnessed in twelve years that I'm here.

The framing here is superb, with the upper arch framing the view which includes another arch. The icicles are fantastic, hope your D300 didn't suffer.

Excellent shot taken in the heart of Amsterdam, the corners of canals always make for spectacular compositions, here the light is also very good, typical for this time of the year.

The large version is really fascinating, so sometimes a night shot with a black sky works very well, in this case I think it is even better than it would be at blue hour, because of the color contrast. The stitch is excellent!
