About the Climate Change Conference, it was held in a cold month, for sure in a comfortable building with air-conditioning, in a city with a relatively low level of pollution. In those conditions, it is not so easy to discuss global warming and pollution.
The conference should be held in summer, in a harsh pavilion without air-conditioning, in a polluted city, somewhere in India, Africa, Mexico City or even Athens of downtown Lisbon.
