Hi Ned,
A beautiful landscape photo with very nice colors. The compo is very good with the river on the right and the mountains on the left.
What kind of PP did you do to the river as it looks like it has been lifted a bit from the banks. Did you add a lot of contrast there?

Default To TravelerNL: The River

I didn't do anything special.. just levels contrast and some saturation. I think the river looks that way because at this point, it is heavilyloaded with glacial silt, sometimes called flower. At many of the large glaciers like this the rivers are almost white with it and carry so much into the see, that in some places such as Turnagain arm, the waters are gray and the beaches are mudflats.
