Great Polonaise 2008-05-15 15:16

Wonderful antiquity...
Colors bother me a lot (magenta ???)...

But, the true value of photography is there

Default To Polonaise: Hello George

You may be right, but we have forgotten quickly about the problems and challenges about getting getting true colors when shooting in color films for so many years. During the scan I
think I got the same color which was on the original slide. I believe that İt would be quite easier to get true colors with the new technology and latest cameras.
Friendly yours - Izzet

You are one click of a mouse away from
the true' colors, Izzet.
Whatever one piece of facility screws up (camera, lens, scanner, film, developer) another device can fix it...
Magenta color is a symbol of artificiality and only in very, very few cases can be justified (when presented to the public)..
This photo is a great piece of that very special 'old time genre' photography. There is no room for magenta what so ever...
As I said... It's just the click of a mouse...

Love, brother...
