Great kasianowak 2018-01-20 4:28

I wholeheartedly agree with one thing you said in your note and totally disagree with another one.
It IS a marvellous portrait - agreed. "This is not a good photo" - with all due respect... not true. I'm looking at it on my photo monitor (the one I use to assess whether an image is good for printing or not) and I think it's fit for a gallery wall. The saturated colours contrast with the obvious poverty, the deep shadows speak about the weather these people work in, the perfectly-selected depth of field concentrates the viewer's attention on the main subject.
One of your best ones, I'm going to add it to my favs.
I'm glad you decided to post THAT photo, even though only in WS...

Default To kasianowak: Thank you Kasia

Hello Kasia,
Thanks a lot for your comments today. I really had to do a lot of adjustments of light and colours to make this portrait acceptable. I hesitated until the last moment whether I should really upload it, so of course I am glad that you and others liked it.
I wish you a nice weekend too,

Default Quality of the photo

There are no adjustments visible in the photo. So you're obviously very good at digital post production. And above all, the original image was good enough, otherwise it wouldn't look this good even with all the Photoshop work in the world. :-)
Best wishes
