I see that you use *Canon 24-105mm f/4L IS USM* I've this lens have to sell, was not perfect on my Canon EOS 5D Mark III, I think to calibration!
Your picture is real wonderful, sure of quality.
Both pictures are main a key photo.
Great architectonic picture.
Colours and sharpness are fantastic.
Very well done, TFS.

Hello John,
Thank you for your kind words about this photograph! I have to confess that I recently bought the Canon 5D Mark IV and on that I use my 24 - 70mm f/2.8L USM lens. But I decided also to keep my 5D Mark II for my wife and bought a second-hand 24 - 105mm f/4L IS USM lens and I also use that camera and lens for shots like this. I agree that it's not quite as sharp as the 24 - 70mm lens but it does have the advantage of a longer zoom range and IS though the maximum aperture is smaller. However, although the 24 - 105mm might not be quite so sharp, it does seem to give good results - and it's also a lot lighter and has stabilisation too. Interesting and sad that you thought your lens was not perfect and had calibration problems. ![]() Kind Regards, John. |
