Photographer's Note

Another picture of the dunes at Sabria, this picture is probably taken at approximately the same spot as Cerdo's picture.

These walls are made to stop the desert from taking over the oasis. Travelling through the plains of southern Tunisia you see quite a few of them, far from the actual desert as well. This is taken from the outskirts of the oasis on the roof of a small building at around 7-8am.

Maybe there should be something more here to attract attention (like a camel or a beduin or something), the composition is a bit empty. I think it accentuates the vastness of the desert this way but makes a poorer picture aesthetically.
