Photographer's Note

In this series on the "Along the Yangtze River" there are so many wonderful sights. This high bridge was one of them. Actually you can follow the narrow road, one that must be very very interesting to travel on, for many miles along the mountain side. Small bridges can be seen here and there as it winds its way high above the river. It is one of those "one way only" in spots roads. At the time I was drifting down the river, the rains had not yet come and thus few waterfalls were visible. There is one here however, thus it completed the bridge scene. I am between Yichang and Chingqing, China.

The air along the river is always smoggy and it is never really clear enough to get a real sharp photo. I don't want to touch up the photo too much or it will loose its real image effect for the viewer.
