Photographer's Note

An image frequently seen throughout Tibetian inhabitated areas is eight chortens lined up in a row, each of which is symbolic of a different stage in the Buddha's life. This row of chortens is located outside a Kalimpong Monastery.
One can very well guess the thickness of fog at about 4pm on a summer afternoon.
