Photographer's Note

This is at Jimbaran beach, taken on my last day in Bali, the day before the bomb exploded in one of the restaurant in Jimbaran. Here we can see tourists and local people interact to each other.
Jimbaran is a fishing village and tourist resort in Bali, Indonesia. Located just at the south of Ngurah Rai International Airport, the beach is cluttered with seafood restaurants and some of the finest luxury hotels in the world. Tourism in Jimbaran has increased rapidly that has boosted local economy, but it suffered by the 2005 Bali bombings where the bomb exploded in one of the restaurants in Jimbaran. Now the situation has come back to normal again, thanks to Indonesian counter-terrorism squad which has had considerable success to overcome terrorism in several places in Indonesia (For some part of this note, I thank Wikipedia for it).

Photo details:
originally a colored photo, the lighting was too flat, so I converted it into b/w, increased its color temperature and cropped the sea part.
