Photographer's Note

I went out for taking photos today. I was all alone. But I didn't know why but I was talked to by several people.

One of them, he obviously had North American English accent when he talked, he asked me what kind of photos I take. I said I did street photography, liked to take photos of people in the street.
He immediately expressed his disagreement to it and said, "it definitely invades people's privacy. Don't you think?"
I didn't want to bother myself to start an arguement with him, so I just gave out a short comment "hmmm, kinda, yeah.."
I guess I wouldn't have had a chance to win the arguement even if I started it because people are so much obssesed with the every kinds of rights nowdays.

This guy in that photo was wearing headphones and reading a news paper. Totally unconcerned to outside of his world, because he has the right to decide to read a news paper in that place of pavement, has the right to wear headphones to listen to musics....and I thought I had the right to photograph him...
