Photographer's Note

Photographed this while coming from observation point at Nagarkot (little above 2,000m, more details http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagarkot) in Nepal (broadest view of Himalayas including Mount Everest, 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13 from here). Some children were walking towards me, but was not quite prepared and took this with manual fifty which was the longest focal length I had for this trip. Quite a shame considering that in order to catch the peaks you must have telephoto lens. Also, ultra wide angle lens doesn't help much in these cases, although it will get a lot in the frame, however it will be very miniature. So, telephoto lens and ability to stitch panoramas later on are my recommendation for you. Btw, in the background is Langtang Lirung (7,227m).
