Photographer's Note

To not write a long and tedious note, I'll explain you the 4 stages of production of sea salt through 4 images.

To begin with, of course, the launching which takes place in March.
In early spring season when the natural evaporation becomes more important than the rain, the exploitation operated the lauching by a water pumping station located 12km south of the entrance of saltworks. It is composed of a canal linking it to the sea and a group of 5 pumps totaling a capacity of 12m3 per second, to collect an average of 30 million m3 of seawater per year.
