Photographer's Note

Coming back on TE after a huge period of grape harvest( I’ve just finished); i don’t need to present it to you, it’s the noblest mushroom:the CEPE or bolet black head, which arrives lately this year has the favour of hot days last week , people often have as much pleasure to seek them than has to eat them. My culinary advice:sliced thinly in a frying pan with duck grease,garlic and parsley, the one of the photograph will be in my plate tomorrow midday, (miam miam..)
