This is the 11th century St George church in the tiny village of Staro Nagoarichane, which is about 15 km north of the city of Kumanovo to the east of Skopje. It has impressive frescoes on the interior ceilings and walls but you need a permit from the priest in town to get permission for photos without flash so I just looked. It's 1 euro to get inside the church (60 denar). I also passed on the prehistoric hilltop Kokino site nearby, which is one the oldest astronomical observatories in the world (3,800 years old).

The church ruins are currently being restored with a €416.000 contribution from the EU. Those are stone graves in the lawn at right. More info here from Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_of_St._George,_Staro_Nagori%C4%8Dane
