Casa da Música by Rem Koolhaas - Boavista avenue

it was drawn to be a house for a couple in Holoand but they declined it because the project was too expensive.
so it came to portugal as a house of concerts mainly.

in my opinion it is in a very odd place becau it is such a monumental buiding to be placed in a circus full of traffic jam.

that's what a tried to look for in my photo - the importance of that building place in a place of many direction in oporto.

i've posted a WS because i think the original photo isn't that good in terms of light and quality of sky (it was an odd cloudy day). the original will be posted to so you can compare.
