Photographer's Note

Well, I don't have too much to say about this photo... It was taken in Plasencia (Cáceres) and shows one of the tipical streets you can find in its historical part. Its name is Calle del Obispo (Bishop's street).

Those old buildings, constructed in the XV and XVI centuries, are so big because they belonged to rich people or the Church. Usually you can know this not only for their size but for the big amount of stone used in their construction. As far as I know, the building on the left belongs to the Church and the poster you can see at the end of the street is from one of its non-profit organizations, called Caritas.

Sometimes, specially in cloudy days when there are no shadows, it seems to be a dead end street and this ia all I can tell you about this street...

I particularly like this photo because it looks like a painting, but all postprocesing has been limited to Levels, Contrast and Saturation.
