Photographer's Note

The Jungfrau (the virgin) mountain (4158) in the bernese alps belongs to the Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn area (listed in the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE). Together with the Mönch and the Eiger (well known by climbers for his north face) she
forms the hearth of the swiss alps.

On the Jungfrau theres also the highest train in Europe taking you to a whopping 3454m (more than11000 feet). 80% of the track is under tunnel and the steepest gradient 25%. Probably the most classical swiss tourist spot since 1912.
