Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

It seems ages since I last had an opportunity to upload a photograph due to family commitments and holidays.

Last Sunday was a quite a different day, it was one of relaxation, when I was able to meet up with fellow TE'ers, (Will, Mariusz, Mike and, of course, Claude, whose idea it was to have a get-together.) We all enjoyed the day, laughing, joking and reminiscing.

Sadly, the sun refused to bless us but we still managed to find some interesting subjects to photograph, under the grey sky!

My photograph shows an angled view of the Millennium Bridge at Salford Quays, with the copper faced West Quay building in the background.

I was happy that two men appeared on the far side of the bridge, clutching their umbrellas, helping to reveal how the weather was behaving!

Salford Quays is one of those areas to which I am always happy to return, testing myself to find new angles, new viewpoints, new features under light which is never the same!

Please click here to see the larger, Beta version.

Please see the photograph from Mauriusz here and the one from Will here of our day in Manchester.

I wish you a peaceful Sunday,
Bev :-)
