Photographer's Note

It has been some time since I last uploaded pictures in TE. But yesterday I received many messages from TE fans asking me to keep sending pictures from time to time: So here is a picture taken casually 2 weeks ago in one small street not too far from where I keep an office, in the old town. Here I was impressed by the way the domino players ( I 'll appreciate if anyone knows the name of this game with triangle stones ) were busy with all hands. I must admit that I was also rewarded with a great background.

Dear Mr. Keribar!
Many good photogs have left TE recently and the site has now become quite dull, but sometimes old members return and this makes the remaining TE veterans happy :) So it is great to see a recent photo from you, at least knowing that you'll be around from time to time is good.
Wonderful colorful photo and a delicate compo showing us the daily life from touristic Istanbul.

Hi Izzet, I also missed your photos! I am grateful to the TE friends that they convinced you to post a photo, and such a wonderful one. Very colourful shot with an interesting everyday scene. I haven't seen such a game. Looks very curious. The colours are amazing!!

Bu ne güzel sürpriz İzzet Bey. Siz olmadan bu sitede dolaşmak, kaptanı olmayan bir gemide yolculuk etmeye benziyor.

Fotoğrafta ortamı o denli canlı yansıtmışsınız ki sanki ben de oradayom, domino oynayanları seyrediyorum. Renkler harikulâde.

Pembe, mavi, mor, kırmızı ve hatta bardaktaki sarı içecekle beraber rengarenk capcanlı bir sokak manzarası... Ve böyle bir manzarayı sizin gözünüzden görmek, sizi tekrar buraya atan rüzgar sağolsun, çok büyük bir keyif.

good news, you'ra back on TE!
I like the way you framed this shot by incorporating the domono players in action (they don't notice you) in a colourfull background. The only remark is that the girl at the back ins not in the mood of the picture.

Je suis bien heureux de retrouver tes photographies sur TE. Tu sais toujours nous étonner, nous apprendre et nous faire comprendre grâce ŕ tes photos la vie quotidienne avec un oeil aigu de la photographie.
C'est encore le cas ici avec cette composition. L'ambiance est parfaitement reproduite (une image vraie, comme je les aime).
