Photographer's Note

I was shooting movies about local paraglider pilots. The footage was almost ready (including takes from the glider) exept for close-ups of take-offs. As there was only one day left before my departure the guys decided to fly anyway regardless of the weather. They have different launching pads nearby depending on the wind direction. So, in the morning they checked the sock to determing where the wind blows from and moved to the most suitable hill. It took almost half an hour to eventually catch thermals for this particular glider. The mission was complete. I was able to switch to photography business :-)
