Granville Street

Here are three pictures from Granville Mall, the part of Granville Street in Vancouver city centre and the heart of Granville Entertainment District. The photos were all three taken close to the Robson Street intersection.

The main photo features Granville Street with the Scotia Tower (opened in 1977, 138 metres, 12th tallest in Vancouver) and Vancouver Block (with clock, built 1911-12). The first workshop focuses on the signs of two theatres: The Orpheum (opened in 1927) and the Vogue Theatre (opened in 1941), the second workshop shows some of the lower buildings with shops and restaurants along Granville Street.
