Hello Silvio,
I like this close view of the ancient steps and wall. The well worn bricks create very nice patterns and there are other fine small details on the wall. You have captured the rough textures of the materials well, including the faded colours of the stained wall. You made a good observation of the "ugly beauty" found here.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hi Silvio
Intriguing combination of earthy colours highlighting the rustic grittiness of the wall and staircase that takes one back in time. Indeed a charming representation of the architecture and full of character. There's a nice touch of green! Excellent capture, Congrats
Best regards

Hi Silvio,
The flower pots are helping to frame the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the wall and of the bricks of the steps. The light is giving nice tints to the colors. Have a nice day.

Ciao Caro Silvio,
This is a photograph that needs close inspection to grasp the many fine details of the wear and dilapidation which has created so many different textures and hues!
You have also, applied an excellent composition, the rough, worn steps guiding upwards and constituting about a third of the whole.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Buona sera Silvio,
The strange "openings" in the old wall, part of the castle built upon the rocks, as you had written.
Fine clear sight of each brick and light was well managed.
79 people kept an historic village alive... hope it is still continue.
Arrivederci,
Ike

Hello Silvio, I love the tight composition where you have concentrated on the materials, structure and patterns of the walls and steps. My kind of picture!
That little corner of greenery completes the picture for me.
Regards Jean.

Strange openings (windows?) in the wall, I can not guess why they were placed there and why they are different, an interesting photo

Hello Silvio,
An excellent photo of these walls and very old steps. They present a wonderful variety om some beautiful textures and many pleasant and warm tones of the old brickwork. Good and narrow composition too. Well done.

Hello Silvio,
A beautiful mysterious photo of this castle wall.
I assume that the holes in the wall are meant for the view and the guns.
Remarkable how the openings are decorated.
Excellent work
Have a nice day. Groet Rob

Hi Silvio,
I like the red brick steps and the rough texture of the bg wall. Looks like a prototype of a post office with the slots for mail? The circular ones have been plugged with stones, presumably to stop rodents. Tfs!

Ciao Silvio
non capisco a cosa servano tutte quelle aperture, però la foto è molto bella.
La scalinata è fantastica, mi piacciono tutti i mattoni consumati dal tempo e dal passaggio delle persone.
Saluti

So this village with 79 inhabitants has a castle? Not in the good state. Picturesque composition. Interesting "windows". Nicely rendered the old dilapidated walls and steps.
