Photographer's Note

Out of Juneau we took a small ship cruise (just 80 passengers). This ship was able to go to places that large cruise ships can't. Our first visit was to Tracy Arm Fjord south of Juneau and Dawes Glacier. The first sign that you are approaching the glacier was the sight of small ice bergs floating down the fjord. The ice in glaciers tends to have a blue tone which this ice berg had retained.
