Photographer's Note

The Santa Fe architecture is in a distinctive genre all of its own and very indicative of the native pueblo architecture-made of adobe bricks and a very flowing organic and intimate style. Blue doors and window sashes are also part of the style.
This house has a lot of the features ,plus has an edgy Asian influence.
The buildings are very charming and welcoming.

I continue to be on a huge learning curve. This week I learnt about the need for screen calibration. I discovered the calibration of the screen at home is way off, so I can only despair at what my images have looked like on other monitors. And then, I discover that even calibrated screens on different monitors all lend a different result. So, I ask myself, how does one deal with this?
So, while I am in the UK I am getting used to a monitor that is very different from the one at home. Also, while here I have had a tutorial session on PP with my friend Jackie. Hopefully this is an improvement.

No blue sky for this shot. New Mexico usually has stunning blue skies. Not on this cloudy day.
Constructive C & C's are welcome.
