all these silver canoes lined up at the end of the day at Jackson Lake at the foot of the Tetons... reminded me of tightly packed silver sardines in a can.

Hello Jennifer,
I like this fine observation and the graphic qualities of the lines and the shadows. I can't make up my mind about the upper part, though. Although a piece of red can do wonders to most pictures, I could fancy cropping the top in order to concentrate the composition strictly to the blue and silver.

There are many pictures of kanoes and boats in a row and I am always fond of them. You have anouter one without colour but with a metalic colour.
Well seen.
