Photographer's Note

I mentioned few days ago that I was heading out to an area badly effected by the current massive drought in Australia.
This is Burrendong dam near the town of Wellington. At the moment it is only 3% full which is a major problem for nearby towns and farmers wanting water for irrigation, let alone water for wetlands down stream where masses of water birds should be breeding at present.
The white poles running this way from the water are depth markers. All the bare land should be covered by deep water.
Yet another new location for TE.

Best in the large view.
