Photographer's Note

I must confess I don't know the history of this particular ex-London bus, but it sure caught my eye as we were passing. It's not every day you find such an unusual sight as a double decker bus in the Australian Outback. It appears to be used as an outstation. An outstation being where sheep and catle station staff can base themselves when tending to their herds, or moving them from one feed area to another. This gem can be found on the Strzleckie Track in South Australia, not far from Cameron Corner where South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland meet.
