Photographer's Note
Penong is the last settlement before the start of the famous treeless Nullabour Plain. It is the last farming area as you head west in South Australia. The district is dotted with windmills tapping into underground artesian waters as there is very little surface water in the area.
Don't forget the large version.

Bonjour, cher Ian,

Hi Ian
I wish there was somewhere like this close by to Brisbane so I could take a silhouetted windmill at sunset. Good sharpness and a superb minimalist shot. Tfs!
