Photographer's Note

McKinlay is a tiny town (Population about 400) well in the Queensland outback. the distance from Brisbane is 1600km. It was established in 1888 and has never grown much. There is a pub, a petrol station and a few houses many in a serious state of disrepair like this one.
It did appear to be occupied and had a big "private" sign on the front door. It must had had some sort of business there in the past but I can't work out what the sign above the verandah says.
