Photographer's Note

This goes for the hunt. I have still pending homework to do and I want to catch up fast!

Last time I went to Villeta I saw this cart leaded by two oxen and I saw the man driving the cart stop to pick up two cows that were at the pastures eating peacefully.

So I inmediately focused on the boy and the cart with the animals; shooting at them mercilessly...one burst after the other.

I was almost kneeling in the middle of the road, just in front of the cart...I was like this for about 3 minutes or more...and I did not realize that they were waiting for me to finish my photo session before proceeding with the slooowwww trip!!!

After I noticed this fact (I saw the boy`s face boring looking at me, asking to leave them alone silently) I said thanks and wave them goodbye. They were really kind with me, at least the father who gave a generous smile.

These type of carts are common in Paraguay in rural areas where life is still not too fast.
Although they are for personal use, sometimes they carry four or five people acting as a public trasportation for the ones that do not hurry to reach their final destination.

Added to the hunt, people in public trasportation.

Do not worry the boy is on the cart, not riding the ox!
Converted to sephia and cropped to show the three horns.
