Quel contraste quand on pense ŕ la gaieté et l'insouciance que représente ce mančge face ŕ ce ciel menacant et inquietant. Le seul bambin qu'on distingue ici semble équipé pour les circonstances! Bravo pour le dynamisme porté par le ciel et l'originalité portée par cette ambiance inquietante pour un mančge!

Une veritable ode a l orage ta photo. Le manege doré sort tres bien sur le ciel chargé.
Je me demande si un cadrage plus carré en retirant un bout a droite ne serait pas plus percutant.

Bonjour Didier,
The brightly coloured carousel against the dull grey sky works extremely well as it emphasises the wonderful patterns and design. The fact that there is no one shown in the photo creates a strange atmosphere.....we ask ourselves where everyone has gone.....oh, I have just seen the single child walking the steps.....strange anyway. Nicely composed and well represented.

hello Didier,
I cannot really define it, but there's something scary, even menacing in this photo, reminds me of Stephen King's novels :) I guess it's because of the contrast between the golden colours and light on the carousel, and dramatic sky in the background, and that there are no people around, as if everyone is hiding. great shot, I like it a lot.

j'aime bien ce point de vue. Le ciel que l'on y découvre est "terrible", mais ne semble pas empęcher le carrousel de tourner. Il permet aussi cette superbe lumičre qui vient se poser sur le mančge donnant ŕ la structure des accents dorés.

L'image saturee de vives et formidables couleurs est ma premiere impression. Avec le soutien des muages moroses tu as realise une belle idee en passant pres de ce coin prefere des enfants. Et des photographes il me semble.

This is just the kind of light I like on photos. The subject in full sun but a dark dramatic sky in the background. Your low POV at the bottom of the steps works well as does the off-centred composition.

Cette ci se détache męme de la miniature! Tu a profité trčs bien de la lumičre du temps orageux pour mettre en valeur les couleurs du carrousel, qui est aussi trčs pittoresque. Les motifs entre le blanc et le gris foncé rend une toile de fond superbe, qui aide aussi ŕ faire les couleurs plus éclatants. La compo/PdV est également aussi superbe comme elle est simple.

Tres impressionant! Le carrousel dore contre les cile gris aparrait encore plus. Le soleil couvert donne aussi du cache, il y a une atmosphere differente un peut sureel.

On dirait que le cheval qui s'élance, va disparaître dans la trouée lumineuse du ciel, qui s'accorde ŕ sa robe. C'est bien cadré et les couleurs sont trčs belles, avec un beau contraste entre les celles, vives, du carroussel et le ciel sombre. J'ai quand męme eu envie de tenter un Ws... J'espčre qu'il yte plaira...

Hello Didier.
the light hitting the carroussel in contrast with the grey tones of the sky is very nice here as it dettachs all the golden tones present on the carroussel.
The little kid on the left side is a nice human touch on what seems a lifeless photo so usual of these places when no one is around.
It's a nice and unusual photo well seen and taken.

I just found this wonderful photo.
It looks lonely, and I can see only one child or maybe two on a horse. But I like this, as the atmosphere is one of winter's late moments under a dark and menacing sky - like another world. You captured a wonderful light on the colours of the carousel. Very nice work!

Ce mančge, ŕ l'aplomb de ce qui semble ętre le soleil voilé, me semble ętre baigné d'une lumičre irréelle ŕ moins que ce soit l'opposition de ses couleurs chaudes sur le ciel gris qui lui donne cet éclat ; comme pour un tableau c'est trčs appréciable de pouvoir réfléchir et s'intéroger en contemplant une belle image.
A bientôt sur TE pour de nouvelles aventures.
