Diane just back from holidays with a new good idea, has just created a fun and original theme: Washing Day.

A good opportunity to return to Girona, where the linen dry in the windows, above the river, embellishing the peeling but colorful facades.

Bonjour Karine,

Je vois que tu n as pas perdu de temps avec ce nouveau theme. Au debut, je pensais que c etait en Italie avant de voir que c etait en Espagne.
Je vais farfouiller dans mes archives, je dois avec quelques photos qui collent au theme.
J aime bien la force des couleurs ici et la composition qui s inscrit tres bien dans ce cadre carré. C est lumineux.

Salut Karine,
encore un format carré trčs chouette et coloré. Juste un petit truc, je pense que j'aurais cadré un tout petit plus serré ŕ droite et ŕ gauche afin d'éviter le début des autres façades...trčs chouette ceci dit.

Excellente photo avec de belles couleurs. Le format carré fonctionne trčs bien ici. Je vais voir si je peux ajouter quelque chose au thčme.

Des couleurs qui éclatent. C'est trčs agréable ŕ regarder. J'aime aussi les lignes, les formes géométriques qui ressortent avec ce cadrage serré.

J'adore l'immeuble bleu bien cadré au centre et qui fait un superbe contraste.
On dirait que tu as fait la photo pour le thčme.

today I just found out that I will have to go to Barcelona again, in September - so I will definitely try to visit Girona!
I love the warm light and the colours - no matter how much sun we get here in Holland, it's these tones and these explosion of light that I miss...

The river in Girona yielded a treasure trove! I am a particular fan of "domestic" images so I like Diane's idea. This is a fine contribution and at the same time a striking graphic image.

Hi Karine,
One cannot go wrong with the combination of yellow and blue and a tasteful black frame.
Love variety of windows and their interesting dressings.
The laundry out to dry is a very compelling element to this fine image.

Joli cadrage, avec de belles couleurs miel... que je préfčrerais un poil plus saturées, mais... il y a beaucoup de charme. Les volets du dernier étage me font un clin d'oeil, et les stores du premier ont une belle bouille aussi! Tu connais mon penchant pour les WS... mais cette fois je vais me tenir tranquille, car elle se défend trčs bien comme ça.

Ces étendages au soleil donnent de la vie ŕ ces façades colorées. J'aime la belle lumičre et les couleurs du sud, un vrai régal !
