Photographer's Note
This informational post is in response to lemon_logix's call to post photographs of how other parts of the world dry clothes. In the rural areas of the Philippines (and I am sure in many parts of the world), this is how clothes are dried - the clothes end up smelling sun-fresh.
We were visiting a piece of beachfront property that we purchased for our retirement ... just before the property, we encountered the caretaker's wife who has just finished the laundry and was spreading the clothes on the gravel to dry.
She washed the clothes by hand in the nearby river just like this and then spread them out to dry. The gravel is made of big smooth stones and are usually clean (no dirt).
The fronds in the foreground are coconut leaves which were also left out in the sun to dry. She is probably going to use them for firewood.
Tech: scanned from a negative, autocolor and then unsharp mask.

Interesting excessively. And if cliffs were dirty, the linen, it would be necessary to re-wash it? Your work is indeed for circumstances if it is the best angle which you found.
I know that you answered Jasmine and we shall boost(relaunch) you here in Quebec because there are still certain persons who spread(widen) their linen on a rope the winter. You will be surprised with the result!

Great everyday life shot. Wonderful colours. You could make several pictures from this one. I'll try a workshop or two. By the way, do you think this is a bit over sharpened? The texture of the pebbles doesn't look real.

Interesting photo... I've seen clothes drying like this in the cities too, not just in the countryside.
