Welcome to TE.
The composition is very nice, with the bridge in a diagonal perspective and the reflections on the river looks great. However, it's a pity the top part got overexposed. I would also increase sharpness by software edition. I normally add some sharpness, as even the sharpest pictures goes a little soft when reducing it to 800 pixels for posting.
