The largest traditional street market in Korea, this market is located in the center of Seoul, and is a famous shopping place for tourists. Clothing for children and accessories are the most-commonly sold goods in this market, but there's lots of food as well and many outdoor eating options, especially in the evening."

Hi Chris,
I'm allways attracted by the warm human atmosphere existing in these kind of places. Visually, it looks like a confusing mess all the time and it's impressive to see all those signs in the background and the mix of products and people everywhere. Good shot that shows well this daily life scenery.

It's better without sky... I like here the business atmosphere resulting from the many people and the plentiful goods on display, nice representation of shopping frenzy with the localization provided by the script on the neons.

A very busy scene Chris with a lot people on the market, also interesting a twenty-four hour market, this is maybe alone in Seoul about the world, I don't know!

Interesting scene from this busy market, Chris. A rich diversity in merchandise and people present, and good to have the foreground area included to have a bit of breathing space to introduce the perspective into the corridor of stalls and shops. Cropping the sky was probably the best way to go on this one.

Great shot of street life! This conveys a real sense of how busy it is there, and how crowded these cities have become. I think I like this the best of all your Korea shots so far!

Hi Chris,

Namdaemun is tough. Ive been there many times and came back empty handed from it. Not easy to find something good to shoot which sounds stupid but thats how it is.

You dida good job showing the general feel of the place. An interesting crowd shot.

Nice daily life view Chris. Another on that makes me think about Asia a lot. The kind of energy I discovered in Hong-Kong and Seoul. Japan can have that kind of tension in the market sometimes too but it never seemed so energic to me. Light may have been hard to manage, it seems.

A place I've been meaning to visit for sometime. The image you present is a good insight into daily life. The lighting is nice and soft too, emphasizing good detail and colour. Great POV and nice capture of daily action.
