Photographer’s Note
I took this picture yesterday during a cycling tour in Maastricht. You can see here the Bonnefanten Museum in the new Céramique area. I had beautiful weather conditions as you can see on the picture (25°C in mid-april, it's not usual in our region).
The Bonnefanten Museum is the foremost museum for old masters and contemporary fine art in the province of Limburg. The museum is housed in a building designed by the Italian architect Aldo Rossi. It is sometimes considered as an example of postmodern architecture and, along with the Cupola on the River Maas, it is one of Maastricht's most prominent landmarks.

Hi Crristophe,
Excellent composition, you waited the right time to shoot including the boat in the composition which adds much interest to the scene. The colors and conrast a re netural and nice. Interesting architecture, I first tought it was an industrial building because of the brick and the metal tower which looks like a grain storage. TFS.

Hi Christophe,
symmetrical photo of interesting museum. First I thought it is an observatory because of metal roof. The composition on third is well, light end exposure too.

Joli cliché de cette construction originale bien mise en valeur par une belle luminosité. Le passage du bateau donne de l'animation à l'image. La preuve est donnée que l'on peut faire deux choses à la fois.

Belle symétrie Christophe,
le cadrage est parfait, j'ai voulu risquer un fun en clonant le bateau et en l'inversant, mais bon, il y a des WS plus interessants à faire.
Je conais bien cet endroit mais il faut avouer que tu as choisi la meillleure place pour le prendre.
Moi, c'est un PV que j'ai pris là-bas :-(.
Les lumières sont impeccables malgré leur force.

Pas mal cette vue, la bateau (dymanique) casse la symetrie d'ensemble (du batiment statique). Bien composé.

Un bâtiment qui me fait penser à la science-fiction des années 30's, où l'on imagine un savant fou, procédant à ses expérimentations... Et puis arrive ce petit bateau, qui rompt le charme, mais qui en crée un autre, totalement anaochronique.
Etonnant !
