Photographers Note
With the temperature around 35 C (95 F), a family stops to take advantage of a jug of water that a merchant has set out.
On the right, the arch is part of Bab Zuweila, one of the medieval gates to the city of Cairo.

Also nice this one (but your preceding one was really special !), again I'm surprised at the state of the "medieval" pavement and I wonder if you saw many of those streets in such conditions in Cairo - working there as a tour leader for a few months in 1986, I had no time to explore the city as I wanted, hopping from museums to pyramids, so I'm surprised !
Nice colours, personally I prefer to sharpen a bit more my photos but this is a question of taste...
Pity that we cannot see more of the building (tower ?) on the right but your focus was obviously on the street seller...
And happy to see that you survived the heath !
Best regards,
Cath.

Hello Ken,
a special photo! Interesting scene of daily life... These two adults' talk seems pretty serious and engrossed all their attention.
Very good composition. The boy's red hat and the red jug of water attract attention at once. Too bad that the very bottom of the photo is cropped..
greetings from Moscow,
Elena
