Hello Miroslav. This photo, like your other photo, has a note which is not informative and is too brief. Also, the colour balance has been changed a lot in post-processing. These colours do not look natural. We suggest you edit the note of this photo so that it provides the other members with a bit more information about the sujbect, and where it was taken. Hello Barbara, without doubt you have something more to say about the beautiful place which you love to visit :) The fact is that your note is not sufficient enough. Not only 40 characters are required for a note but also the note must contain some interesting information which helps to learn more about the place shown in the photo :) In connection with this, please read the TOS concerning notes - item 7b.: http://www.trekearth.com/terms.php We give you 24 hours to change the note. Hello Nam Welcome to TE. Your photos are very welcome and drawing interest. However, according to the Terms of Service, accompanying notes should be more informative. 'The Face of Nepal' is too general. For example, you could describe the circumstances in which you found this woman and how you managed to take the shot so close-up. Hi Pawel As you know this site is all about great photography but it is also about learning from each other through critiques, workshops and commenting. Adding a note to your picture is essential for our moderators to understand the purpose of your picture. Sometimes, it can get hard for our mods when there is no note attached and the photograph is not very clear in its intentions or what it depicts. We have therefore changed the rules. In order to be able to upload a picture your photograph must have always have a note attached to it ( with a minimum of 40 characters) .Only meaningful notes will be considered, so please do not try to get around the issue by posting " fhgdfhd rthdfjgbnd fgjkfk". Hi Janos You said Similar shot has been removed by Trekearth Authorities In fact we removed many identical pictures (different than similar). Identical photos posted in TE,TL or TN (unmodified or not) may not be re-posted except through the 'Post to Workshop' or 'Re-Post' mode. You have received a previous warning concerning duplicated pictures on Trekearth and Treklens. The Terms of Service for posting are important and should be read and accepted before you choose to participate In conclusion we give you a last warning High Maintenance Clause: Any member who occupies a majority of admin or moderator time unnecessarily will be shown the door.
