Superb clarity..and the pink of health on his face tells us its winter still!! I wish though that we couldve got to see somehow the roasting chestnuts as no one in India , except those who live in the mountains see them...and even most of the mountain folk have never eaten any!!! Strange but true. Anyway as you explained if we had the roaster in view we wouldnt have his face so nicely up front! Arggggggghhh the compromises of life...:-)I love the TT grafitti in the background..:-)

I think that the " family teams" that ran business have always been the backbone of any society....migrant or otherwise. And after a point business itself or staying with the old ways is more than an economic choice...its a choice of retaining your life as you know it... This is more than a picture....and I hope too that they stay a quaint old cinema and make money because of that uniqueness! Would love to see a film there....

Kind old face framed by modern new aluminium....seems like she runs a sort of an eczane to me .... old grandma's running their own lives are in short supply in India so its really interesting in a way....

The boy is not pleased with you Izzet. In true Rajput tradition it is his responsibility to protect the women though he may not be more than 10 years old....traditional upbringing. He realises that your camera is invading their privacy but cant really decide what to do as you are a foreigner..:-) in the meantime you got an incredible shot...well done! Rgds Vijay
