Very striking shot, it really stands out from the gallery, the lines of the broken columns look like a modern city skyline and the blue and gold are perfect compliments to each other

Nice mix of senses here, the inviting line of the pier and then the Barrier. Interesting soft colors and sky.

I don't think I ever said this before, but those are big cloisters :) I see cloisters in a lot of places I visit but they are usually quite ruined and never ornate. These are superb and with great natural light and colors.

A nice 50/50 split of the ship and the city that captures the moment of arrival very nicely. Great leading line from the rail and deck too
Best wishes

I've seen similar shots index but you have a very unique light in this that had a tint of darkness which I really like. I'd love the chance to take one similar someday. Amazing views and so many incredible buildings! I hope life is all good :)

Your title fascinated me, only yesterday I was admiring glass in a cathedral and it was mentioned how they were the Bible in glass! These are beautiful statues and your detailed note and workshop tells a lot about their history, their importance and it really comes across how much you love this work of art. Very cool post.
Thank you also for visiting my gallery :)
Best wishes

Great old train, very picturesque and easy to see why its popular. I like the idea that this little guy might think that, but by the time he is old enough, we probably won't need people for driving any more. My own answer would have been space man :)
Thanks also for your comment on my pic from the gardens, I will check it me back to TE someday but at the moment because I do so much from mobile, I just find the site cumbersome and unwieldy. I miss posting too but it seems as time goes on, less and less people are here.
Best wishes
