I took the spelling for 'teke' from my English travel guidebook 'The Bradt Travel Guide - Macedonia'.
In doing so, I presume that the author adopted the word from the original designation 'Arabati Baba Bektashi Teke' (be it Turkish or Macedonian or any other language that was the local language at the time).
