Addendum for moderator: Please do not nit-pick. Your last deletion really was ridiculous!
What do you mean? Regards, Moderator |

I meant the deletion of the grenade photo, brought up my Mesut Ilgim today. Please read his today's comment. It showed these wonderful fruits - - connected with good wishes for the New Year - in a technically excellent and worth-seeing photo with a good comment and I think its deletion was somehow patronizing. You really should slacken the reins concerning the rules for photos, for contributions like this.

Hi Frank,
I'm not sure you understood what Mesul Ilgim wrote. For his first picture - which was inactivated - he prepared the shot on a table and used special ligjt, it was what we call a set-up or posed or staged or "studio-like" picture. His last posted picture is precisely what we expect, a photo taken outside on a market. Applying TOS rules is not patronizing. it's just the way to keep the limits where they should be. And of course TrekLens has been created for the pictures going behind the limits. Regards, TrekEarth Moderation Team - Viviane |
