Tom,
This is a great autumn colors shot! The foreground of this shot is a little dark for my taste, maybe you could of lightened it a little in PP. Your composition is great using the foreground trees to frame the shot. The reflection is nice adding depth and balance for the shot. I have made a WS lightening the foreground a bit, hope you like it.

Hi Asa,
Like your version better, the darkness is due to the polarzing filter which brings that dark blue colors.
