The idea is good . I think the frame could be made more interesting. Did you try to keep some flames in focus and some out focus? Were you using autofocus?
I did not find any better angle, but it looks ordinary to me also. The wind was strong, and took the snap from very close distance, so getting any depth by varying focus was difficult.
