Good tcht 2007-02-03 11:49

Hello Michelle
Nice attempt with long exposure, the colours come out good and I like how the curves go across the frame. But I find the blue road sign a bit distracting and I would also be interested to see more repetition of the lamps (now cut-off) So maybe a vertical format would work nicer. Also, sharpness needs improvement! I suppose it's quite windy...so maybe aperture f/8 is fine. If you want to keep the stars I suggest you get a filter for that :)

Default To tcht: Thanks for your critique

Hi Cheukhin, thanks for your comments, much appreciated. I agree about the road sign being distracting, I did consider cropping this out but didn't want to end up with too small an image. I used a Small aperture due to the long exposure time and to create the star effect on the lights (and yes it was quite windy and cold!) I may try a star burst filter in the future.
Regards
Michelle
