As a Turkish navy captain you must know a very dear friend of mine...ADM Emin Goksin, who has a summer home in Izmir. Emin and I were at the United States Naval War College together in 1968. When I was last in Turkey in 2005, Emin unfortunately wasn't in Istanbul at the same time I was. If, or when, you see him please convey my very warmest regards.
