Thank you for those nice words Doron.

About the exposure I first took a test photo, checked the histogram, and adjusted the settings to move the high lights as far as possible without burning them. I used RAW mode that has a larger exposure range.
Then I played with the luminosity curve of the image to obtain a result as close as possible to what I had seen in reality.
