The 5D definition is really outstanding but what I like most is finding back a real dof.

what you mean in a real dof? with a full frame is real dof- corner are always softer than target point.

Just meaning that with a 1.6 sensor, the dof is completly different and you have to permanently use very wide aperture if you don't want an infinite depth of field. It can be an advantage in some cases but when you were used to it on a analog camera, it is difficult to manage.
