I like this one too Bev. The eye follows the road to the house, and those beautiful red flowers are so noticeable. The pink ones too.
The fog give a very good look to the whole scene

Thanks Bev - I don't know Rowan berries at all. I've never heard of them before. They certainly look lovely growing there.

Another name for the rowan tree is the mountain ash. In Scotland, the rowan tree is thought to have special properties to do with warding off evil. Wine can be made from its berries. I should have added a note about the rowan tree but I will wait now until i have another picture to post that includes one.
